01Software Licensing (SaaS)

HirallPay grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our cloud-based enterprise kernels.

• Maintenance: Scheduled downtime is communicated via M-Pesa integrated SMS alerts.
• Restrictions: Reverse engineering of Hirall Logic Currencies or Kernels is strictly prohibited.
• Uptime: We aim for 99.9% availability, governed by our premium Service Level Agreements (SLA).

02Hardware Provisioning

Hardware items (POS Terminals, Biometric Scanners, etc.) provided by Hirall are subject to the following industrial safeguards:

• Warranty: 12-month hardware warranty against manufacturing defects in Nairobi logistics hub.
• Integration: Hardware must only be used with certified Hirall Software Kernels to maintain warranty status.
• Risk: Risk of loss transfers to the client upon delivery to the specified business premise.

03Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan Law, HirallPay shall not be liable for revenue loss due to network interruptions or third-party payment rail failures (e.g., M-Pesa downtimes).
